Born without both tibias, Brian Douglass parent’s decided quickly that amputation was his best chance to live an active and full life and opted for a double amputation shortly before his first birthday.Since that time, Brian has never looked back displaying a determined spirit and participating in various athletic events whenever he has the chance.Wearing only his “stubbies” on his residual limbs, Brian has participated in local 5K road races in his hometown of Ft.
